Kenley College designs and delivers customised training for government and public-sector leaders, teams and organisations. We adapt existing programmes or create training around the leadership, management and governance challenges you are actually facing.

What Custom Training Is For

Organisations commission custom training when they need to develop leadership capability around a particular priority.

We start with your context: your organisation’s priorities, the people involved and the challenges they are dealing with. We do not force a generic leadership model onto a government or public-sector environment.
