This Payment & Refund Policy outlines the general terms for courses and programs at Kenley College. Certain courses may have specific payment or refund conditions, which you must review and agree to prior to enrollment.
Kenley College requires a non-refundable application fee for accredited courses at the time of enrollment. Tuition fees are to be paid in full upon acceptance into any program unless a payment arrangement has been made in advance. For customised training delivered to government or political organizations, a deposit is due once the agreement is confirmed, and the balance must be settled before the training begins.
Payments are securely processed via Stripe, with available payment options displayed based on your country at checkout. All fees must be paid in British Pound Sterling (GBP).
Installment plans are available for eligible programs. To request a payment plan, participants must contact our Finance Office at [email protected] prior to enrolment.
Once a course has started (or you have accessed the course site area for that course), you will not be entitled to any refund of course fees paid. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis if you request to defer your online course, but only if you have not already accessed the course site area. Also, you may still be liable for any outstanding fees to be paid, if applicable. If you have a sponsor, please ensure that your sponsor is aware of this.
Refunds will only be considered on the following bases, if you have not yet logged into the course site area.
Withdrawals made more than 30 days before the course start date are eligible for a full tuition refund (excluding the application fee).
Withdrawals made 15 to 30 days before the course start date are eligible for a 50% tuition refund.
Withdrawals made less than 15 days before the start date are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds for customised training programs are governed by the terms outlined in your organisation’s specific agreement.
To request a refund, send a written notice to [email protected]
Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving your written withdrawal notice. If a third party paid the course fees on your behalf, the refund will be issued directly to them, not to you. Refunds will be made using the original payment method. Any bank, processing, or transaction fees incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.
If Kenley College cancels a program, all tuition fees paid will be fully refunded within 14 business days. Alternatively, you may defer enrollment to a future session with prior written approval from Kenley College. Deferral requests must be submitted via email to [email protected] and are considered received only upon Kenley College’s acknowledgment.
If a host organisation cancels a course they arranged for Kenley College to deliver, Kenley College is not liable for any losses incurred by participants, and the host remains responsible for full payment of agreed program fees to Kenley College.
Participants may request to defer enrollment to a future session with prior written approval from Kenley College, submitted via email to [email protected]. Requests are considered received only upon Kenley College’s acknowledgment. If approved, you are responsible for covering any increase in course fees for the new session. Price decreases for future sessions will not reduce the original fee paid.
Certain fees are strictly non-refundable. These include application fees, administrative charges, and any costs associated with materials or course resources.
