Leadership Strategy Sessions
Strategy comes before the plan
The strategy helps you to organise and make your vision clear so that you can communicate with confidence how you will accomplish it. This may be for your overall vision, or one specific to taking on a key project.
How A Leadership Strategy Session Can Benefit You:
- Determine where you will have the most impact in politics
- Clarify, simplify and structure your ideas into an overarching strategy to accomplish your vision
- Focus your personal leadership strategy so that it aligns with a specific party/political or national vision
- Ensure that your strategy is built on a foundation of sound leadership and management principles
In the government and political arena, you can have leadership strategy in multiple sectors and systems. For example (not limited to these):
Education
Economy
Social and Family systems
What our Leadership Strategy Sessions are NOT:
- Coaching
- A way to market our services to you
- Detailed planning and execution
- Limited only to a titled leader of a political party or government ministry/agency
How it works

Choose 1 session; or 3 sessions for a discounted rate

Select a time slot (link to be provided) and submit payment

Complete basic form to indicate what you want to focus on in your session
- We strategise for 50 minutes for individuals
- Strategy sessions for individuals are available from $150 per session.
- If you think your strategy needs are more complex, please contact us before booking.
- Group and organisation sessions can also be facilitated. Contact us for a quote.
